Say what you need. Meet who fits.
01
Describe it, or search
Type it the way you’d text a friend. Ottomind builds a brief: the job, where, when, budget and must-haves like language or financing.
02
See who fits, and why
Each result shows what matches your brief and what to confirm. If nobody on Ottomind fits, we show businesses from the web, say so, and let you contact them directly.
03
Message and book
They see your brief, so you don’t repeat yourself. Suggest times, they confirm, and it goes in your calendar.
What we check, and what we don’t
- No paid placement
- Businesses pay for plans and conversations. Paying never changes where they rank or whether they’re verified.
- Businesses and independents
- Shops and firms, freelancers and side hustles are all listed and ranked the same way: by how well they fit your brief. Filter by who you’d rather work with.
- Verified
- Businesses can verify a confirmed sign-in email on their website’s domain automatically. A domain check does not verify professional qualifications.
- Licenses and registrations
- License details have a separate source and check date where available. An owner’s claim is not verification; confirm credentials relevant to your project before hiring.
- Reply times
- “Usually replies” is measured from real conversations. “Says it replies” is what the business told us.
- Reviews
- Only from customers the business answered on Ottomind. We ask after a booking, and reviews are never bought or removed for pay.
- Answers
- The answer at the top of a search is written by AI from the web pages it cites. It never recommends a business; the results below do that, by fit.
- Coverage
- Search any city, in any language. Where no listed business fits yet, we show real businesses from the web, say so clearly, and you can invite them.
Questions
- Is Ottomind free for customers?
- Yes. Searching, getting answers, messaging and booking cost nothing. Only businesses pay, and paying never changes ranking.
- Can I find a freelancer, not a company?
- Yes. Realtors, designers, private chefs, tutors, nannies and other independents list themselves the same way businesses do. Use the Who filter, or just say “a freelance designer”.
- Where does it work?
- Anywhere. Coverage grows city by city as businesses join; until then, Ottomind shows what it finds on the web and says so.
- What happens to my details?
- Businesses see your first name and your brief. Your email and phone are shared only if you choose to share them in a conversation.
