Be found for what you do, not for what you spend.
Ottomind is a search engine built to connect you with customers who need what you actually offer. Your services, specialties and Signals help us understand where you fit. Customers see why you match and choose to connect. From independent professionals to large companies, payment never improves your ranking.
Specific work, specific matches
A business needs a graphic designer for product packaging. Your services and Signals describe that specialty, so it can count toward the match. Customers see the relevant claims and confirm the scope with you.
Leads that arrive ready
Every conversation starts with a brief: the job, place, timing, budget and what they need. Often suggested times too. No blind callbacks.
Customers who come back
They save you, claim your offers, rebook in the same thread and recommend you to friends. Your customer list and notes stay yours.
The same matching rules
A freelancer, contractor, local business or large company is ranked on fit. Your subscription does not buy a better position. Plans provide conversation capacity and business tools.
“Our brand needs a product packaging designer in Houston.”
Describe your specialty
List graphic design as your work, product packaging as a service or Signal, and Houston as a service area. Add relevant work examples and the scope you accept.
Explain the connection
A matching specialty contributes to ranking and appears in the explanation as a business-authored claim. A broad design category alone says less about this project.
Start with the actual job
The customer chooses whom to contact. The brief carries into the conversation, where you confirm deliverables, portfolio relevance, total price and availability.
Signals are owner claims, not independently verified expertise. A match does not guarantee a contract.
How Ottomind compares
Ads can capture intent, find relevant audiences and generate leads. Ottomind focuses on explaining a specific service match and starting a conversation with the request attached. It can complement your advertising; better conversion or lower acquisition costs still need to be demonstrated with real results.

Times proposed in the conversation. You pick one.
- 1The customer suggests up to three times
From a search result, your page or an open chat. They arrive with the brief, so you know the job before you agree to a slot. - 2You confirm one in your inbox
You get an email and an app notification. One tap confirms. Need a different time? Offer new ones in the thread. With instant booking on, customers in an open chat pick one of your open times themselves. - 3Both of you get a calendar file
A standard .ics invite that works with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. Times show in each person’s own time zone. - 4After the job
Mark it done and the customer is asked to review and recommend you the next day. They can rebook in the same thread and hear about your next offer.
Not yet: two-way calendar sync, deposits or payments at booking. Take payment the way you do today.

Questions businesses ask
- Do I still need Google or Yelp?
- Keep them. Ottomind reaches customers who’d rather describe a job than scroll a list, and it keeps those customers coming back to you.
- Who is Ottomind for?
- Customers searching for what they need, and businesses and professionals looking to be found by the right customers. A customer can be an individual or another business. Freelancers, contractors, realtors, small businesses and large companies are matched by fit; company size does not buy ranking priority.
- What counts as a conversation?
- A new customer starting a chat with you that you reply to. Replies in an existing thread are free, and passing is free. The Free plan includes 10 new conversations a month.
- Is a conversation exclusive?
- The customer chooses who to message and may contact several businesses. Ottomind does not promise an exclusive lead or a guaranteed sale.
- Where does it work?
- Search by city or for online work. Useful matches depend on relevant businesses having current profiles in that market. If none fit, save an ongoing search for in-app alerts.
- A customer invited me. Now what?
- Open their invitation link, sign in and create your profile yourself. If they chose to attach a request, you can review it during setup.
