Studio accepts 100 client workspaces in total. Once all 100 places are taken, new-client intake closes permanently. Existing clients can continue working with us. Store-only purchases and Finome partnerships are separate. A brief or waitlist entry does not reserve a place; acceptance happens when we create your first custom project or select your free build.

Focused MVPs start at $25,000 and startup products at $50,000. For advanced platforms, contact us for pricing tailored to your scope, integrations and delivery needs. We confirm a fixed project price after the scoping call. It includes strategy, UX/UI, architecture, engineering, QA, release, documentation, a 30-day warranty and 1 UX revision round. Additional revisions or scope changes need an approved estimate. After launch, keep us on a monthly product plan or take the product in-house.

Focused MVPs take 1–4 weeks, startup products 2–4 weeks and advanced platforms 4–6 weeks, from scope sign-off. Timelines run from scope sign-off to release on the web, or to submission to the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google decide when an app is approved, so their review time isn't included. Timelines also depend on your feedback and approvals: when we need a decision from you, the schedule waits for it.

Yes. After launch there is no minimum term. Cancel any monthly plan and it ends at the close of that month, with the handover done inside the month you’ve paid for. You can also skip the monthly plan entirely and take the project in-house at launch.

You do. Your GitHub organization, cloud accounts, domains and app store accounts are yours from day one, and we work in them with delegated access. Rights to each month’s work pass to you when that month’s invoice is paid. We keep our own reusable tools and give you a perpetual licence to the parts in your product.

Documentation and runbooks, a recorded walkthrough, a final build, confirmation that store listings and infrastructure sit in your accounts, rotated credentials, and our access removed. Because everything already lives in your accounts, nothing needs to be migrated.

Everything we ship has a 30-day warranty: we fix defects in delivered work at no charge. After that, Care covers bug fixes and updates for $3,000 a month.

If launch slips because of us, your first month on a plan is free. App store review isn’t counted: our date is when we submit to Apple or Google, and they decide when to approve. If we’re waiting on your feedback, an approval, access or a scope change, the date moves by the time we wait, and we’ll tell you as soon as it does.

Web, iOS and Android have different release processes and specialists, so each gets its own scope, launch and plan. They share a backend and design system: one project owns that shared core, and if you cancel it, ownership moves to another active project so nothing is orphaned.

Yes. For health data we sign a BAA before touching real patient data and build with synthetic data until then. We can also work to SOC 2 and GDPR requirements; tell us in the intake.

Yes. The Ottomind Store sells proven app designs that we build to order for your business in about 4 weeks, with Ottomind as the seller. Own 100%, or own 80% for 30% less: we keep a small non-voting share, stay on as your technical partner, and you can buy our share within 24 months for the difference in price.

It is a planning range, not a contract. Your project lead checks the brief, scope, assets and platform choices on the call, then sends the fixed project price and acceptance criteria within three business days. Nothing is billed until you approve the written scope.
